Availability
Hot Mama Maternity is constantly working to make sure our store is up to date. We may sell out of an item the day you place your order. For this reason, Hot Mama Maternity cannot always guarantee product availability. We will email you if there is something in your order that is currently out of stock.

Shipping
The Hot Mama ships using UPS 2nd day air and within 24 hours of receiving your order. All weekday orders (including requests for overnight) received after 12 AM EST will not be processed until the following business day. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be shipped the following week. Sorry, we do not offer Saturday delivery.

Returns
We are counting on you loving your purchase from Hot Mama Maternity! However, it is a time when fitting can be difficult, so you are welcome to make a return.

We can only accept a return of merchandise in new, unworn condition with original tags still attached. You must postmark your return within seven days of receiving your order.

Hot Mama Maternity does not refund the cost of shipping out. Skin care, undergarments (including nursing bras), and swimwear are not returnable.

Sale items and international orders are FINAL, no returns will be accepted.

Hot Mama Maternity cannot be responsible for any damages that might occur during the care of items, such as when washing or dry cleaning a garment. Hot Mama Maternity carries clothing that should grow with you for the majority of your pregnancy, but is not responsible for the fit of an item beyond the 7-day return policy.

How to Make a Return:
Contact us at info@thehotmama.com to receive a return approval code. Write your return approval code on the outside of your return package. Mail your return within seven days of receiving your order to:

When we receive your package, we will notify you by email of your refund, store credit and any return mailing costs.
